Pastor Lincoln Earl Russell Sr. and Evangelist Betty Diane (Honey) Russell received their former education in the Milwaukee Public School System. First Lady Russell has been blessed to attain two bachelor degrees and one Masters, all in the field of education. Pastor and First Lady Russell attended and received their gospel training & teaching at the Williams Temple Church of God in Christ (Holy Tabernacle) under the leadership of Bishop J.C. Williams.

As the two of them matured in life and in the Holy Scriptures, God revealed his plans for their lives. In October of 1980, after being long time acquaints, they fell in love with each other and on March 14th 1981 the Lord blessed them to marry. From this union four children were born (3 sons & a daughter). As of the date of this text they have been married for more then 27 years.

In May of 1992, Pastor and First Lady Russell answered the call of God and Co-founded the Little Community Church of God in Christ and in April of 2004, after an extensive wait, the church membership was finally blessed to occupy a newly constructed sanctuary where the unadulterated word of God is presently being Preached and taught.

Pastor Russell presently serves as the Chairman of the Elders and Ministers Council for the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Wisconsin. He also sits on the Jurisdictions Ordination Board. First Lady Russell serves the Jurisdication as a District Missionary for the Golden-Gate District.
Pastor and First Lady Russell are both dedicated to one another and committed to their calling. They both love the work the Lord placed in their hands and very much want to do his will. They know full well the scripture "I must work while it is day, for the night cometh, when no man can work."
